Special Interest Group: AALHE - Sustainable Assessment
This Special Interest Group focuses on meaningful, sustainable assessment on campuses. Sustainability has been defined in many ways, including “support without collapse” (Lamont Hempel). Through this lens, this interactive session builds on visions of sustainable assessment identified by participants in the AALHE Special Interest Group at the 2020ARC and continues to explore sustainability through (1) a change-oriented approach with timely integrated systems and grassroots support, and (2) building partnerships with students so that our learning intentions are communicated effectively.
The session is facilitated by members of the Association for the Assessment of Learning in Higher Education (AALHE).
