Design Institutional Assessment of Oral Communication to Maximize Use

An institutional learning assessment project can be designed to maximize the use of results throughout its implementation. We illustrate strategies to engage faculty in pedagogical improvement and to empower faculty committees to make policy changes throughout the implementation of an institutional oral communication assessment project.
